Fire Station 22, LEED Gold
Weinstein A+U - Seattle, WA
This new $13 million, 10,000 SF station is a two-story, steel-framed structure with updated systems, decontamination clean room and storage for major disaster supplies. The new design accommodates a drive-thru apparatus bay for the efficient flow of contemporary fire engines and vehicles. Design features include solar panels on the roof and buried cisterns in the apparatus bay for reuse of captured roof rainwater.

This new 75-acre community complex includes studios, meeting spaces, a fitness center, and multi-use rooms.

This 38,000 SF facility is fully heated, ventilated and air-conditioned.
The center includes dance and administrative areas, a 10,000 SF gymnasium and a full commercial kitchen.
Greenwood Public Library
Buffalo Design - Seattle, WA
Mechanical design for a new 25,000 square foot public library built above a parking structure.
The project included heating, cooling, plumbing, piping, and building and garage ventilation systems built to preserve the peaceful, educational environment.
