Greenbusch has worked on Seattle Parks Community Center, Buildings, and Pool Facility Improvement projects for over twenty-five years. Our work primarily involves upgrades to building systems performing Mechanical Engineering Design; Energy Efficiency Evaluation; Life Cycle Cost Analysis; Feasibility Studies; System Condition Assessment; and Commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and fire life safety improvements, partnering as a subconsultant with Architect-led design teams.
