King County Library System Southcenter Library Expansion

The Southcenter Mall Branch of the King County Library System expanded its footprint 1,700 SF to an adjacent space, for a total of 5,000 SF, providing added seating, increased study area and more capacity for its collection. The library is a vital literary link to the diverse, multi-cultural/multi-lingual patrons it serves.

As a subconsultant to BuildingWork, Greenbusch provided Mechanical Engineering Design assist for HVAC documentation for modifications to the existing HVAC system and plumbing.
