Monroe School District, Frank Wagner Elementary School Renovation
Located on a 10.3 acre campus, the 29,800 SF addition/modernization brought improved functionality and renewed long-term use for this beloved school. The project includes a new, two-story instructional facility that features open classrooms, library addition, and indoor corridor access to the existing gym.
MECHANICAL: Greenbusch provided comprehensive mechanical engineering design services including fire protection, plumbing and HVAC systems, life-cycle cost analysis, and support through construction.
ACOUSTICAL: The firm provided SD narrative outlining the acoustical performance requirements for sound isolation between classroom spaces, reverberation control, and background sound levels associated with the new mechanical systems; and recommendations for surface finishes to control noise and reverberation in spaces including the Library and Special Ed classroom.
