Mount Baker Station Lofts

Mount Baker Station Lofts is a mixed-use, Transit Oriented Development located in the Rainier Valley, that features 57-affordable residential live/work artist units, and 12-first-floor commercial spaces.

Greenbusch provided Mechanical Engineering, Vertical Transportation Consulting, and Acoustical Design services. Scope included: Coordination of site utilities; plumbing, HVAC and fire protection design services for both commercial and residential spaces; and elevator pressurization. The building is Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards certified.
