North Transfer Station

Greenbusch completed the HVAC, piping, plumbing, acoustical and elevator designs for a new, completely enclosed, 150,000 SF tipping and transfer building, a 14,000 SF recycle building, and an associated 10,000 SF office building. The facility is located on an existing site, within a dense, urban, residential neighborhood.

The design team successfully integrated intense community design restrictions (height, noise, mechanical roof top equipment, etc) into the award-winning, LEED Gold facility. Greenbusch continues providing Noise Monitoring as part of the City's long-term community neighborhood agreement.
