Tukwila Fire Stations #51 and #52
Tukwila Fire Stations #51 and #52 are nearing completion. Greenbusch is the mechanical engineer of record providing comprehensive mechanical/plumbing design. Special features include:
- State of the art sustainable high-efficiency heat recovery ventilation, heat sharing capable heat pumps, and high efficiency domestic water heating systems designed to complement a secure facility;
- Robust and durable systems that are straightforward to maintain and operate and that provide a comfortable and healthy environment for building users.
Greenbusch also performed a Noise Study to evaluate sound levels associated with Fire Station #52 measuring for compliance to local noise regulations.
