Harvard Exit Theatre Renovation and Tenant Improvements

The historic, 1925-constructed Harvard Exit Theatre building originally served as a clubhouse for the Woman's Century Club, and later operated as a cinema that closed in 2014. In 2018, following an adaptive reuse that upgraded and restored the facility including seismic upgrades, full MEP improvements, and new interior finishes, Seattle's Mexican Consulate leased the space.

Greenbusch provided comprehensive mechanical engineering design services including HVAC and controls replacement, plumbing, sprinkler system review, energy modeling. Scope included engineering design/CA support for both the renovation of the building and the TI build-out of the Mexican Consulate.
