Navos Behavioral Health Campus Renewal

Located on a 7.5 acre, lakeside setting, Navos provides in-patient and out-patient behavioral health counseling, treatment and support for children, youth and families.

The campus refresh included six, new, 5-bed Residential Cottages; a 20,500 SF Services Building; a 24-unit Transitional Housing for young adults; and renovated Educational buildings.

As Mechanical Engineer Greenbusch provided comprehensive design engineering services for all phases. Acoustically special attention was provided: Specifying finishes, glazing recommendations, and construction method of wall assemblies in sound sensitive areas such as the residential spaces and counseling offices to ensure compliance with HIPPA privacy standards, and to control cross-talk between open spaces.
