Phase 1 Master Planning includes a comprehensive assessment, testing and evaluation of: acoustical conditions, wired and wireless microphone performance, loudspeaker performance quality, assistive listening system performance, speech intelligibility, video presentation system quality and performance, control system, lighting system (functionality and operation with A/V control system), audio recording at clerk’s desk, A/V feed to open signal control center and video feed from open signal control center, and budget recommendations for the range of equipment updates summarized in a Final Assessment Report.
