SeaTac Airport’s C1 Building
The Port of Seattle is in the early design phase of a $340 million addition to SeaTac Airport’s C1 Building at the intersection of the C and D concourses. The expansion will be a four-story addition of 110,000 SF to the existing 99,000 SF building, that includes new dining and retail at the concourse level along with new seating and a 1,300 SF expansion of the Gate C3 waiting area.
Greenbusch is providing Acoustical Design and Vertical Transportation Consulting services to The Miller Hull Partnership and Woods Bagot team for this project.
Targeting LEED Silver certification, the project will implement the Port’s new “Sustainable Project Framework”, in meeting the Port’s Century Agenda goals.
