Snohomish Carnegie Library Building

The Snohomish Carnegie Library Building, built in 1910, was recently restored and renovated. Greenbusch Group, the Mechanical Engineer of Record, provided mechanical and life safety upgrades, as a subconsultant to the ARC Architect team that worked closely with the council and community to develop and implement a master plan preserving this beloved community treasure.  The $2.19 million, 4,019 SF restoration, provides space for small meetings, training and corporate events hosting up to 135 guests. Designed in the Prairie Style, the property is registered on the Washington State and National Register of Historic Places.
